I can’t thank my camera enough for making me see how beautiful life really is. It brings me to my knees to see a different perspective, brings me to tears when I capture a moment, brings me to people who are making our community a better place to live. It shows me people who are living in the moment, people who are struggling and don’t realize it, and people that are hated for simply being different. Like photos we see from the past, I take photos for our future. Documenting history and stopping time has been one of the most fulfilling, emotional, beautiful, disturbing, inspiring, humbling things I have ever done, and an opportunity that I feel so blessed to have in my life. Take a couple minutes out of your day today to reflect on your life, on how you treat others, how others treat you, and if you are doing what you dream to do.
