Well, apparently this will be my very last photoshoot with 944 Magazine in San Diego. I got the call from my awesome boss that 944’s last issue was the current June issue. I am so sad that they are shutting down. Yes, I hear they will still keep Vegas open, but that doesn’t do me any good in San Diego. I had an incredible experience working for them. I LOVED my photo assignments, I had so much fun working at their events, and really loved the excitement of being behind the scenes and capturing people in such happy moments, enjoying themselves and surrounded by their friends. The happiness of the public becomes my happiness, it is contagious. I would leave 944 events still giggling about funny things that happened. Working for 944 gave me the opportunity to see how awesome the social life of San Diego is. From the elite millionaires to the stumbling college students, to inspiring artists and musicians, and people on the rise to stardom and success, I will never forget the events I photographed for 944.
